Seasons Of Demon Slayer – Over Views

Seasons Of Demon Slayer - Over Views

Demon Slayer now contains three seasons, two movies that are now officially skippable, and a fourth season on the way. But that’s not as threatening as it sounds: how to look out Demon Slayer in order.

The first season of The Are, released in 2019, has 26 episodes, and you must watch it from start to finish.

This is where it gets a little harder to follow. A development to the first season was released as a film: Demon Slayer: Mugen Train. The hit movie Demon Slayer was also adapte into a television series as part of the second season of Demon Slayer.

The “Mugen Train” arc includes seven episodes, followed by 11 original episodes in the “Entertainment District” arc. In total, the second season of Demon Slayer has 18 episodes.

For convenience, we recommend watching the first season of Demon Slayer and then selecting the Mugen Train featurette or the Mugen Train recap arc (Episodes 27-33) to watch. You can see the Entertainment District arc (episodes 33-44) from there.

A second Demon Slayer film, To the Swordsmith Village, was release in early 2023. It includes episodes 10 and 11 of the Entertainment Region arc and the third season’s first episode, also known as the Swordsmith Village arc. This is largely unnecessary. We recommend simply skipping to the correct TV episodes.

Demon Slayer season 3, which consists of 11 episodes, was release in 2023 and is a must-watch from start to finish, according to Entertainment District. A fourth-season patrician Hashira Training is also in the works.

On the page, the order of the Demon Slayer watches looks like this:

  • Demon Slayer Season 1 (Episodes 1-26)
  • Demon Slayer Season 2: TV series “Mugen Train” (episodes 27-33) or movie “Mugen Train”.
  • Demon Slayer Season 2, Share 2, aka the Entertainment Ward arc (Episodes 34-44)
  • Demon Slayer Season 3, aka Swordsmith Village Arc (episodes 45-55), on Netflix on September 28
  • Demon Slayer Season 4, aka Hashira Training Arc (Release Date: TBA)

That’s all you need to focus on. We recommend watching the “Mugen Train” story adapted for television instead of the movie. Not only do you get extra scenes, but you also get an extra episode (episode 27) that gives a little more backstory to one of Mugen Train’s most notable characters.

How Many Seasons Of Demon Slayer Will There Be, And When Will It End?

How Many Seasons Of Demon Slayer Will There Be, And When Will It End?

Demon Slayer season 3 is currently following the Swordfish Village arc, where Tanjiro must explain how the sword made by Hotaru Haganezuka has become so severely damaged.

The Swordfish Village tale is the ninth arc in the Demon Slayer series, with the original manga being comprise of 11 arcs across its 23 volumes.

Season 1 of Demon Slayer covered the first six arcs, while its second season was an adaptation of Chapter 97.

Even when season 3 wraps up 11 episodes later this summer, much of the Demon Slayer story remains untold in the anime.

Though no official plans for future seasons have been announce, the show would likely need at least two more seasons to finish catching up to the manga.

If season 4 does get announce, it won’t be released until 2025 at the earliest.

But What Happens After That?

Viewers of the anime alone will be stumbling around in the dark, but every Demon Slayer manga reader will know that Tanjiro will be taking the fight to Muzan in his Infinity Castle. The gang will then face the deadliest demons in Muzan’s organization. I’m talking about the highest higher-ups, including the dreaded Upper Rank 1. I’m sure the Hashira will pull through at the end. But at what cost?

And will they be ready to fight Muzan after that?

Manga readers know that the series is building to a climactic finale between Muzan and the Demon Slayer Corps, where the King of Demons will fight his battles personally. It’s not going to be pretty, folks. So please, quit while you’re behind. Don’t join the Corps. You don’t have the strength for these heavy hitters.

Conclusion

You can watch all the seasons of Demon Slayer on Netflix. Hotstar, Disney, Amazon Prime, and Demon Slayer can be stream on Netflix in various countries worldwide. Including the USA, UK, Canada, and France.
